TubeGrid Terms of Use

TubeGrid is a web application that helps users view and organise YouTube subscription videos in a timeline-style grid interface.

TubeGrid is an independent product operated by Coderious Sàrl. TubeGrid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google except to the extent needed to use Google and YouTube services in order to operate the product.

You may use TubeGrid only if you can legally agree to these terms. If you use TubeGrid on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your own accounts and devices secure, and for any activity that takes place through your use of TubeGrid.

TubeGrid is not directed specifically at children. If you are under the age at which you can lawfully agree to these terms in your country, you may use TubeGrid only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

TubeGrid uses YouTube API Services and may use Google sign-in or related Google account features to authenticate users and provide YouTube-connected functionality.

By using TubeGrid with YouTube-connected features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

You can revoke TubeGrid's access to your Google account at any time through Google account permissions settings.

You agree not to misuse TubeGrid. In particular, you must not:

• use TubeGrid in a way that breaks applicable law or infringes another person's rights;
• interfere with, disrupt, damage, or overload TubeGrid or the services it depends on;
• bypass security or access controls or attempt to gain unauthorised access to TubeGrid;
• use bots, scrapers, scripts, or automated methods to access TubeGrid in an abusive way;
• copy, harvest, or compile TubeGrid content or data in bulk without written permission;
• use TubeGrid to distribute malware, spam, deceptive content, or fraudulent material;
• pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organisation.

TubeGrid, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Coderious Sàrl and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use TubeGrid for its intended purpose in accordance with these terms. You do not receive ownership of TubeGrid or any of its intellectual property.

Content that belongs to YouTube, Google, or third-party creators remains the property of its respective owners.

TubeGrid is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

We may also suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, if it is necessary to protect TubeGrid, our users, or third-party services, or if we are required to do so by law.

We try to keep TubeGrid useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

TubeGrid depends in part on third-party services such as Google, YouTube, hosting providers, and other infrastructure providers. Changes, outages, restrictions, or errors affecting those services may affect TubeGrid as well.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TubeGrid is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind except where such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of TubeGrid.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow such an exclusion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you additional rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any dispute relating to TubeGrid or these terms may be brought before the competent courts of Switzerland, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another competent jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of TubeGrid after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
